The AX 100 is the ladies' crossover, all terrain Lupo model, with softer flex for freeriding and touring. With a 100 mm last it offers a nice, medium width that is an awesome, average foot type fit. Its huge range of use goes from all day groomers and pow in the resorts to powder shots that are only accessible after a climb or boot pack, to side country, out of bounds short excursions. The large, easy-to-use ski/hike switch and removable tongue allow a 67° range of movement. The fantastic freeride performance of Dalbello's Cabrio design performs with excellence on descents. GripWalk soles offer better walking traction, and optional Vibram® soles can be fitted optionally to make hiking easier and reduce the risk of slipping.

One of the key features of the Lupo models is how light they become when the outside tongue is removed, and the incredible range of motion they offer in that configuration.

This boot offers Pin Tech fittings, so it is compatible with any PT binding, or all terrain "transforming" bindings like Marker Duke PT or Salomon/Atomic Shift.

It is amazing that one boot can do so much and be so good for all of those uses.  Uphill or down, Lupo is a killer boot that will make any ski day as good as it should be.
